No breakfast but caffès near by. Location is good. Easy access and parking

Sofa seat very low down Pillows and duvet need replacing. Would expect cotton linen for the price.

The appartment was beautifully presented and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We had breakfast in the appartment as well as 1 evening meal and had everything we required in the kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable and we both slept very well and the location was superb. Only a few minutes walk to the Quay. Would highly recommend this appartment if you are staying in Poole.

They take my payment Then wanted £150 before they would give me a code to book in Rang them directly and it was in a separate office not on site I expected the deposit to be taken in with the booking payment Dint seem right so I dint trust them to give them my card details over the phone Only refunded me 20%
