Please note that the upper floors are only accessible by stairs. There is no elevator. Please be informed of the following electrical charges: - Two-Bedroom Villas have a free 40 kilowatt electrical allowance per day - One-Bedroom Villas & Apartment have a free 20 kilowatt electrical allowance per day. Any exceeding consumption will have an additional charge of 6.0 THB per kilowatt. Guests must pay this fee directly to the property upon check out. For stays of 28 days or longer, electric usage will be billed at 6.0 THB per kilowatt as recorded on the unit's yard. Prepayment for longer stays may require a non refundable prepayment.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. I'ts a big spacius appartment. Very clean, good jaccuzi and shower, Swimmingpool was clean and fresh, good guarded private parking garage. Staff was very helpfull and kind.

Diffucult to open the first gate. You need to put your hand trough small opening in the gate to open it. Easy when sober, difficult when drunk 😉

"A great stay in Jomtien"

Good size pool. Great 1 and 2 bedroom villas and apartments located in a quiet part of Jomtien, close to Pattaya Park night market. Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. Friendly staff and very accommodating of our needs. We will definitely stay here again next time.

I recommend staying here.

"Great place to stay in Jomtien"

Close to night markets, fairly central in Jomtien. Large apartment lots of room. We will stay here again soon.

There is no elevator, only stairs. But we were made aware of this before booking, so not a problem for us.
