This is my second 3 week holiday I have stayed in this small resort. The accommodation is excellent. I booked a 2 bedroomed condo with large balcony. The beds are excellent, the furniture is top class. Very comfortable sofa and chairs to sit on. Fully laid out dining room. Just around the corner, 5 minutes walk is the night market where there is loads of food stalls with a large area with tables and chairs to sit and eat your food. Soi 5 is only a 5 minute walk and is the main soi in pratumnak where there is loads of restaurants, massage shops. Hair dressers, and has many other shops that cater for your time in pratumnak. Before I used to stay in Central pattaya for 21 nights, not anymore though I enjoy booking a odd night in a hotel to enjoy pattaya city centre night life and shopping malls. Pratumnak is a great place to enjoy your leisure time. Bolt taxi only takes 10 minutes to reach walking street so now I enjoy a much needed leisurely holiday in a nice area which has quality accommodation. The beach at Pratumnak is nice and close to the resort. There is practically 1000s of hotel rooms and accommodation available in pattaya for tourists to rent. A lot are very cheap and that's fine if your on a tight budget. If you can afford to pay a little extra then you won't be disappointed with the butterfly garden boutique. Fully recommend this place.

Would have benefited from a lift if staying on the top floor.

I was upgraded to a pool villa which was very, very nice. Fast check-in/check-out. Big, nice clean rooms and surroundings. Very helpful staff and owners. Everything top notch as always.

We were greeted with a very warm welcome. They had upgraded me to a room with a nice balcony, which we used quite a lot. The apartment really was home from home. Everything you needed was there.After checking out and travelling to our next destination, I realised that I had left some medication in the fridge. They hotel offered advice as to how I could recover the goods and sent my medication by taxi to 35 Group Pattaya, who then sent it to me with the coach driver on the next coach to my area. I need to thank everybody involved in saving me trips to the hospital and allowing me to continue my holiday. I highly recommend this accommodation not only for the standard of the apartments but also for the excellent customer service provided both throughout and after our stay.

No shelves for soaps, etc, in showers The stairs to the room, but we were prewarned, and the staff did help with our bags.

Easy check in, easy check out. Big apartment. All amenities, Netflix, fully equiped kitchen, nice balcony. Thumbs up.

Good to see that they renovated the swimming pool, all the broken or missing tiles have been replaced

The Butterfly Garden is an immaculately clean and tidy place with very professional and attentive staff. The apartments are very big, and everything necessary is provided. +100 TV-channels on the living room- and bedroom-TV's. Fridge, freezer, microwave, cooking facilities, fans and very well working air-conditioning units. Jacuzzi/spa. Not on the Baht-bus routes, but convinient stores and very good places to eat within walking distance. The main road connecting Pattaya and Jomtien is a 6-7 minute walk away, and otherwise Bolt and Grab taxies are cheap.I will definitely book again.

Air conditioner needs to be serviced on timely basis to get better cooling

The apartments were very large and comfortable. Security was great and staff very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and peaceful. I would recommend and certainly stay again. Thank you
