Please note that the upper floors are only accessible by stairs. There is no elevator. Please be informed of the following electrical charges: - Two-Bedroom Villas have a free 40 kilowatt electrical allowance per day - One-Bedroom Villas & Apartment have a free 20 kilowatt electrical allowance per day. Any exceeding consumption will have an additional charge of 6.0 THB per kilowatt. Guests must pay this fee directly to the property upon check out. For stays of 28 days or longer, electric usage will be billed at 6.0 THB per kilowatt as recorded on the unit's yard. Prepayment for longer stays may require a non refundable prepayment.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Amazing facilities and the balcony. Nice and quiet place further from the town center.

That they take a deposit for the electricity because there is a limit to how much you can use the electricity

Very good for family got upgraded to bigger place because had 6 people pool nice couple of bars to have a drink and some good food left out of front entrance end of street across the road very good food

Being charged extra for power was a bit sneaky got told 40 kW a day but had to pay 700 baht after 2 days didnt use spa just aircons and lights
