Please note that the upper floors are only accessible by stairs. There is no elevator. Please be informed of the following electrical charges: - Two-Bedroom Villas have a free 40 kilowatt electrical allowance per day - One-Bedroom Villas & Apartment have a free 20 kilowatt electrical allowance per day. Any exceeding consumption will have an additional charge of 6.0 THB per kilowatt. Guests must pay this fee directly to the property upon check out. For stays of 28 days or longer, electric usage will be billed at 6.0 THB per kilowatt as recorded on the unit's yard. Prepayment for longer stays may require a non refundable prepayment.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Peace and love, butterflies in the garden and in your stomach"

Splendid apartment with sea view, very comfortable, enough kitchen amenities, huge fridge side-by-side, with large freezing camera. Quite area, though 2 good massage points round the corner. The view is so peaceful, there are plenty of windows and air in the apartment. Very nice swimming pool, perfect room cleaning once per 4 days. Ms Neang who runs the property is very helpful and makes your stay totally smooth, comes to help any time, replies on WhatsApp asap. The beds are comfy, both bathrooms are nice. Wifi is very good. 55 TBT by taxi to Bali hai pier, that made it useless for us, the family of 3, go search for tuktuk. The night market is 5 minutes walk, in August 2022 when we stayed here (we are loyal guests and this is our second stay in Butterfly Garden), the market looked much more abandoned and quite, much less people than in 2017, though the food is still fine and cheap.

We highly recommend the property and would gladly come to stay next time.
