"Icona York property"

Cleanliness and helpful staff

Entry into and out of the parking area was problematic, the door was linked to ringing a phone number which was very unusual (never came across this ever before) and didn't work. There are 2 property locations diagonally opposite each other. Arrival instructions took us to the incorrect location, because they didn't list the exact street address. Just said Eboracum Way. We were very luckily saved by running into a very helpful staff member, Alicia I think. Beds were 2 singles joined together, which had a hard cloth rim on each single bed, meaning you really could only sleep on one side and not in the middle. The mattresses also had 'buttons' which were a bit uncomfortable in that they tended to stick into you.

Great host in Jordan nothing was too much trouble

Only real issue is the car park was a bit tight
