The room was filthy and falling apart. The sheets had holes and stains you could tell they hadn't been clean in a long while. The pillows were awful very small and unclean. The shower rod was falling off the ceiling fan falling out. The smoke alarm was disconnected and found in the nightstand. There were openings around the AC unit and door. The room was dirty the AC unit was dirty my children and I slept on beds that looked like others had left their bodily fluids all over. This was by far the worst establishment I had ever booked using this site.

Beds are awesome, staff too!

People smoking just outside their doors and dropping butts all over. Some were inconsiderate noisy at night.

I liked the location and price.

No staff on site. Someone else had our room booked as well and tried to come in. There was no toilet paper. Lots of homeless people/squatters staying there. Advertised as "look and feel of luxury studio apartment" There was absolutely positively nothing luxury about this place! And not apartment style.
