Property was gorgeous, was a brilliant experience.

Host didn't send any information or correspondence prior to my stay. Chased several time (up to 3 hours before arrival) and then was told need to pay a security deposit before arrival. However on my email confirmation, it says can pay upon arrival etc. Called Host but just shouted can't do anything without deposit. So made the payment, recieved a code. Upon arrival, no welcome pack, no WiFi details. Nothing. Living room- filthy. The floor (flooboard was disgusting. Needed a good mop. I had white socks on and within minutes they turned dirty!. My daughters toy went under the sofa. As I went to get it, It was filthy disgusting and dirty under the sofa. Needed a good clean. TV was small. Kitchen: stuff left in fridge and freezer from previous clients. This should have been cleared and cleaned. No fairy or Sponge to wash dishes. Clean dishes were dusty/dirty.. half drunk water bottle left on counter. Was a useless kitchen. Only used kettle and brought my own disposable cutlery in the end. Again kitchen needed a good mop. Bedroom on 1st floor fine, no real issues. Small room on 1st floor. Ironing board was filthy. Dirtied my clothes :( was sand all over the board. Table was dirty. And door didn't shut due to not trimming the door down after carpet installation. Bathroom - no lock. Provided enough loo roll which was great, but half used shampoo should have been binned and there wad a yellow stain in Bath tub. Pressure of shower not too powerful. Boiler in bathroom which made it super hot everyone entering bathroom. 2nd floor bedrooms: Door handle missing.on one bedroom door and again couldn't shut door due to carpet. 2nd floor stairs VERY steep. My wife and daughter almost fell at 2 different times. Only provided 4 towels but sleeps 8?? 1st floor hallway blinds wouldn't open .. needs fixing. Hallway was dull without natural lighting. Recieved security deposit back after 9 hours of checking out.

The downstairs area was fine, though the dining chairs were wobbly, which was a bit inconvenient. The location was also suitable for our venue. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but perhaps that’s what you can expect for £300 for two nights.

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing,and I feel compelled to share our experience. We had to chase them repeatedly for our deposit, and when we raised concerns, their attitude was shockingly bad and unprofessional. They left us standing in the property while we were still waiting for the deposit, showing no regard for us as guests. The condition of the property was equally unacceptable. The bedding was stained with visible marks, and it was clear that the bedsheets had been used and not cleaned. Buds in bed. This was incredibly distressing, especially as a parent, knowing my children couldn’t even sleep comfortably. The bathroom also had mould, which added to the overall unhygienic environment. This experience was far from what we expected, and I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and professional place to stay.

The inside of the house was clean with quite modern furniture. Everything was provided such as plates, cutlery, towels etc. Their photography skills are very good in making the rooms look much bigger than they really are.

This is NOT an Apartment but a 3 storey house with 2 very very steep flights of stairs. The outside area was unkempt with overgrown weeds and scruffy with dirty mop buckets left there and broken garden furniture. Also the bin was full to the brim with cans, bottles etc

Clean, spacious and just what we needed. Got an early check in at 12 which really helped us out, friendly host 😊 the deposit they ask you for via bank transfer is not a scam and I have it back in my account

Clean, well-appointed and spacious. Large rooms, comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen space and cozy living room in which to hang out during the stay. Garden space also has comfy chairs. The host is communicative and approachable and the location incredibly handy for Central Leeds. All-in-all excellent value.

Stairs to the bathroom and bedrooms are very steep, so something of a challenge to any mobility-impaired guests.

We really enjoyed staying ☺️ quiet area relaxing at the back garden 😀

Each bed or rooms should have two towels and about the parking some of the nerbers were not happy see us parking in front of their house as someone was parking in front of where we were staying so we have to park in front of someone house and they were not happy not all of them duo....but I think something can be done....
