It was clean.

The property was little old and dingy, not exactly like the picture.

I loved the space and cleanliness, the fully equipped kitchen. The host understands their market and has nailed it. The host kept in touch and explained everything needed.

Maybe consider a hand rail on the staircase outside wall. Freeview is what it is but is the norm in most hotels, apartments etc. I don't have any negatives that would affect my rating.

I like how the house spacious and clean

I did not like that I did not find basic items for short stays, such as sugar, salt, and most importantly, laundry soap. And I didn't like paying a deposit which was unexpected and disturb us since we are a group . eventhough the deposit return on the next day of check out.

The property is close to City Centre. It is located in a quiet area with loads of free parking outside the property. The house is pleasant.

- ID copy was asked when we arrived right outside of the property!  I don't think this is necessary if deposit is required. - Apparently deposit was required before the lock box code could be given so we made the deposit transfer outside of the property. - No hand wash at the kitchen sink - No shampoo and conditioner - Not enough towels for 6 guests (only 4 towels provided) - Not enough toilet rolls for 6 guests staying for 3 days - Dining chairs were all wobbly and dangerous to sit on so we couldn't dine at the table - Top of wall hung cabinets in kitchen was very dirty.  We could see dust, cobwebs, oily areas when coming down the stairs

We liked the modern decorations in the house. It was well equipped with socket extensions.

We found 2 unclean sheets in the rooms. One of the rooms on the 2nd floor the green blanket was dirty so we had to take it away and they were a couple of hair on the bed. The First bed in the room on the 1 st floor had a stain on the pillow. Overall the house was clean.
