Beautiful accommodation, right by the beach and only a half hour walk to the main bar/restaurant area. House is slightly back from the road so very quiet. Great facilities, and dog friendly!

I don't think that place should be rented out as it is currently. The building / structure that the property is in does not look or feel safe. It will be fine once that work is done.

The actual flat was very clean, well-equipped and spacious. In itself a very comfortable stay.

The location on Marine Parade in Mount Manganui was excellent. But the house in which the accommodation was located was appalling. It looked to be due for demolition, and would discourage us from ever going there again. The listing on Booking.com did not convey the extent of the near demolition of the property. There appeared to be no one occupying the rather large house. I don’t know where the owners were, but the instructions for entry and exit were quite clear.

Location location location. Secure yard. Plenty of space

It’s very run down (esp outside), it lacks any kind of view from the property itself, BUT step around the side of the house and the beach is a few meters away. It’s priced accordingly for the condition.
