Loved great location with close access to superb Maunganui beach; as I was resting after hospiitalisation I couldn't sleep in beds for pain management purposes so I used the couch to get more comfortable lie down; loved kitchen and cooking facilities; entire apartment was tidyvand clean

Shower facilities were basic and presented me with some issues due to my pain management

Great location and friendly helpful owners who let us check in one hour early.

Courtyard was abit messy , bbq needs replacing and queen bed was very soft. However still a great location and friendly helpful owners.

There was nothing to not like. Checkin was as per detailed instructions. Property although old was in great condition and had everything we needed. Location was great. I left something behind and when contacted the hosts were only too happy to forward it on to my next location. Would liked to have stayed longer and would return if I ever get the chance.

Nothing although as mentioned by other reviewers the lock box was tricky to open but we succeeded we the a little effort

The location was great, It was the most affordable accommodation left at the time I was looking to book somewhere for Waitangi weekend.

The lighting in the bathroom wasn't great.
