Outdoor area could do with a bit of a tidy up, grass was over grown & just looked untidy

Excellent location for visiting Mt Maunganui and Tauranga. Beach is literally over the road. Quiet at night. For a family this would be suitable with a double bed and two single, although these are all in one room. Well stocked kitchen suitable for cooking full meals, etc.

The property is a little old, esp the bathroom, and smells a bit damp, although it airs out quickly. However this was a minor issue which would not put me off staying again.

It was close to the town. Very spacious and big .

Everything was fine. If I had a car though I think a proper car space may have been good

Very close to the beach, quite little unit out the back! Nice and private with little road noise!

Property needs a little bit of renovations, maybe just the bathroom! Outside table and chairs also could be soon needing to be tidied or replaced, especially closer to summer!

The location was good. It was cheap ish.

This place smelt musty, the hosts didn’t reply to 4 phone calls and the place was quite run down.

What an absolutely outstanding location. This is steps from the beach ! The place was nice and clean and well presented
