Perfect Location for my needs. Lovely spacious apartment packed full of extras.

Only negative for me was before my stay I asked about arranging a VAT invoice yet after my stay this wasn’t fulfilled and the buck was passed to Booking.com. It’s the properties responsibility to arrange VAT invoices which means my employers cant reclaim the VAT on this stay.

We liked the furniture the homely feel and cleanliness. The parking was so useful. Eateries near by was very handy. Good location for us for why we were in Manchester. The pictures show exactly how it looks.

Nothing really. The sofa bed was uncomfortable but they usually are.

Great little place just what we needed great location just a short walk to tram station that took us into the city centre. Breakfast hamper was a great touch and was very much enjoyed.

Bit dusty in places could of been cleaner.

Although it is spotless clean there's a weird smell and Although here is full control of the heating system some thicker bedding would be great
