"Comfortable stay, close to a few nice restaurants."

Easy to access and find, really modern looking kitchen/living room. We only stayed for one night for the Bolton Ironman but it served it's purpose well.

The location. The flat is near to the tram, easy to go to Mnchester and convenient if you go to Bolton.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable. I recommend a latex mattress for the sofa bed. It is appropriate and has no springs.
