• finding the entrance to the block was kind of cousins as the doors after leaving the lift was not all marked so got confusing. **Isssue** the window in the living room did not close and was broken this was annoying as the third person slept on the sofa and had to hear the cars go by please fix broken window so it closes

The given address was taking us to completely different place. I had kids with me one was 6 months old and the other one is 3 after a 4 hours plus long drive we stuck there to find the address for hour and half. Given number was not answering. They didn’t mention in booking.com that we have to pay a 150 pound deposit to know the exact place ? Even after paying that I have to leave my family in that freezing cold car park and walk 10 mins to find that key box which was out of that building. It wasn’t a pleasant experience at all specially with children. There was no one to help even security Gaurd didn’t know about the key box story. I booked all over in Europe and Middle East through booking.com but I never had such a bad experience. It seems that we are playing a challenge game.
