GBGBThe property was very nice, secured, peaceful. Fairly good area, near a Tesco hyper-store, pharmacy and other restaurants within close proximity. Free secured parking.
The staff seemed very unpleasant, bad communication. I didn’t get the check in information until 3pm on the dot, so I could only check in at 4pm. Check in instructions were a bit vague, took me a while to figure the check in process. The key safe is located far from the property, it was inconvenient to get the keys, had to park car and the walk all the way out of the property to where the key safe is located by the Main Street. The property needed cleaning, floors were really dirty even though they are dark floors. As a person with allergies, I really struggled to keep up. My body was very itchy from the dust I suppose. Kitchen bin hadn’t been emptied. I didn’t get Wi-Fi access till the next day late morning. Communication was just the main challenge. I found the staff really unpleasant, not very flexible, unresponsive, nor accommodating. It was really unpleasant. Also, I saw the deposit payable condition after having made the booking, I wasn’t pleased with that, as there was no refund in case of cancellation.
