Las Damas 3B Beach Front - Pool & Parking

We stayed at this property for seven weeks. We were met at the property with the keys and shown around also how everything worked. The property was spotlessly clean with new appliances, iron and ironing board. We had new sheets delivered during our stay. The shower was very powerful and hot and the heating was very good. The kitchen was a bit small but we knew this when we booked. The views from the doors which opened all the way were amazing. We enjoyed our stay here and found the owner Luis and Pamela the property manager to be very helpful.

If I was being picky, I would have liked quilts on the beds and not blankets.

The appartment decor was very dated the beds were very uncomfortable some of the bed sheets had holes in them they were old and needed binning all the cutlery needed changing tea cups all stained electric cooker ring was faulty washing machine never worked there was a iron but no ironing board the hole place needed looking at

The Location is Excellent .right on beach front , I am walking the Mediterranean Coast and it was very easy to get to where I wanted to go.I liked the apartment is Light and clean. A very Powerful hot shower and good bathroom.

The kettle and toaster did not work and Luis straight away bought a new kettle and a new Toaster. I requested more towels which he brought to us. I could not get TV or WiFi to work, but I do struggle with Internet stuff . I did point out to Luis that the cups and cutlery had not been cleaned properly and pots were in a bad way , he immediately apologised and said he would sort it out and speak to his cleaners . Luis is a very good host and I would definately stay again.

The view

It was dirty sheets looked like they had mould on them shower and toilet looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a long time pillow case ripped, cups were all tea stained oh and we got a parking ticket because a previous customer had taken the key fob for the electric gates to the parking area of the property

Doors opened to make it balcony like but no actual balcony to sit on

Location is perfect brilliant view of the beach. Also Luis & Ana very helpful messaging through what's app.

Late check in 4pm we had to sit for 3 hours waiting to drop bags off. Would be nice to have a balcony. Never did find the key deposit box so had to go back to leave the keys on the table, would help to show where the box is on arrival. And air-conditioning in the bedroom not just the living room as was very hot in there.

The apartment is well located in front of the sea close to all amenities.

We had a small issue on arrival we’re to find the padlock with the keys in.the photos weren’t the best what we got sent to us but managed to find the padlock as it was early hours in the morning and was dark.the next day we did get sent a better photos of we’re it was attached to some wire fence in the car park next door.
