Location

Apartment was very basic. It was cold. There was not enough hot water for 2 people to shower. TV didn’t work. I have a disability and told them I use a scooter and although there is a lift, it was too small to fit my scooter in. The key safe was too high up for me to reach. The process of leaving the keys in the apartment when you leave gives a problem to exit the car park. The bedding didn’t seem to be clean. So bad, we left after one night.
