Wembley, Cosy 2 Bed Apa, Next to the park

Correu tudo muito bem, a casa correspondeu às nossas necessidades. Boa temperatura, camas confortáveis, acesso à internet e netflix, o duche é bom. Está apetrechada com tudo o que é necessário para umas miniférias.

It was nice and spacious, clean well equipped

Very dark leading up to the front door, steps were slippery, Heating went off no hot water boiler had a fault on it

The property wasn’t clean.

I like the location, all good facilities. Excellent service, no noise no disturbance

The place looked better than the pictures, the living room and bedrooms were really nice.

The living room was really cold. The bedrooms heated up quite quickly but we found thermistor in the living room seemed to not warm up at all. I messaged the hosts asking about the radiator in the living during our stay but I recieved no response which was a real let down as the living room was so nice. I spent the rest of my time lounging in the bedroom rather than in the living room as it was too cold to be comfortable in. A few days before my stay I messaged the hosts asking if we needed to bring our own towels but within 24h recieved no response. I sent another message the day before my stay & the hosts then responded, but I believe I shouldn’t have had to ask twice.

Spacious and comfortable place to stay would be great for a weekend away as it had all the facilities you need like a fridge freezer and cooker. Also a spacious double room with plenty of storage and a good sized smaller bedroom with single bed, and a spacious lounge. Plenty of clean linen and towels available

Had everything. Nice bright feel. Beds were comfortable. bathroom was clean and warm place. Once we found the tube station it was easy to get to also.

Just could do with a metal hand rail for steps up to front door. Not good for elderly mother to get up and down, was hard for me and I'm only 40.

The apartment was very neat and quiet.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The apartment had no heating and no hot water throughout our stay which made the stay at the apartment very cold and uncomfortable. We tried to contact the property owner several times but he was not answering his cell phone and neither did he put a callback.So we had to sleep without heating and hot water in a cold apartment.
