location was good, although the road is quite narrow and you should be aware of this. Flat heats up very fast. Lots of towels provided. Quiet area.

wasn't particularly clean - there was little hairs in the shower and overall the bathroom was quite dated. Good sized living room and bedrooms - one is decently smaller than the other. Very minimal amenties in the kitchen. Also property not particularly accessbile - steep stairs to get to the front door then again to get into the flat.

The apartment was clean and beyond my expectations. I'll definitely book this again when I come to London from now on. It's not just about value for money but the whole place was just clean and far more than what I thought it'd be like.

Everything was perfect.

Absolutely disgusting. The apartment was filthy from the moment we walked in – leftover false nails and glitter on the floor, stains on the walls, a stained bedside table, mould in the bathroom, and even a broken toilet seat. The blind didn’t work, and the front door handle literally came off in our hands. We reported everything immediately to both the host and Booking.com. Someone called but seemed more concerned that we couldn’t lock the door, not that it was actually broken. Their response was dismissive, saying they “pay well” for a cleaner and that it was “just one night.” With no alternative property offered, we decided to leave and drive four hours home after the concert rather than stay in such unacceptable conditions.
