Tout ! Appartement superbe et fonctionnel. Dario est un hôte sympathique et réactif. L'appart est à 7 min du tramway et on est au centre de Florence en 20 min. Nous n'avons jamais utilisé la voiture qui était garée sur une place réservée dans un parking fermé à côté de l'immeuble. Literie parfaite. Quartier calme et résidentiel.

Rien. Seule l'arrivée dans le quartier est un peu décevante car les immeubles ont une apparence extérieure pas terrible, mais c'est vite oublié dès que l'on y rentre.

The apartment was exceptionally clean in a great location. The tram stop is 5 minutes walk away. In 20 minutes you can reach Florence. Another advantage was the parking lot.Dario is an amazing owner, he gave us information and was there for us with whatever we needed. Thank you very much for everything.

Casa accogliente e spaziosa, di recente ristrutturazione. Gli spazi ampi permettono grande comfort, soprattutto se si è un gruppo numeroso. Il parcheggio privato è un grande plus. Alcune accortezze, assolutamente non scontate, sono state particolarmente gradite: due bottiglie d’acqua, doppio mazzo di chiavi, asciugamani con dettagli diversi per evitare di confonderli con quelli degli altri ospiti, prodotti monouso per l’igiene personale e per la pulizia della casa. L’attenzione ai dettagli, insieme alla gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario, hanno reso perfetto il nostro soggiorno.

"Good location close to tram for central Florence"

Great location 5 mins walk to the tram which takes you into the Centre of Florence in about 20 minutes. Secure parking for our car. Dario was easy to communicate with & kindly worked with us for an early arrival. The apartment was spacious & spotless. We enjoyed our stay & would stay again if returning to Florence. Thanks Dario!

Barátságos szállásadó, kényelmes, tiszta szállás. Elhelyezkedése miatt választottuk a szállást, a közeli villamos segítségével könnyen be lehetett jutni Firenze központjába. Parkoláshoz zárt parkolóban kaptunk lehetőséget. Még az ottartózkodásunk alatt is jöttek takarítani 1 alkalommal a szállást, hogy minden rendben legyen.

A klíma kondenzvízét gyűjtő külön tartály ürítése miatt a szállásadó több alkalommal is feljött a szállásra. Mindig előre egyeztetett időpontban érkezett, hogy ne zavarjon. Azért jobban szeretem, ha a szállásban teljesen egyedül lehetünk, és nem kell arra is figyelni, mikor jöhet a tulajdonos.
