Cold, uncomfortable and it breaks the health & safety regulations

Really good size and very clean!

Unfortunately it’s right next to the communal door of the property at ground level so you get alot of noise at night and the extractor fan didn’t work in the bathroom.

Good TV with fair choice of channels. Free Wifi Good Cooker & Microwave Good number charging points including Bedrooms Good Lighting throughout - outside patio light not working though Good Curtains - as lots of people traffic pass the Patio Door entrance & your 2 bedroom windows Tea/Coffee/Sugar all provided as well as small sachets milk in fridge. Also cleaning materials & cooking oil. Good utensils mix of everything you may need including bottle/wine opener, Did not use Washing Machine Good instructions Leaflet on Table Heating Dated but overall worked well enough Good Hot Water (if use Booster Switch in the instruction leaflet)

Location very very difficult to find - surrounded by a lot of one way roads difficult to know which lane to be in - even an accident lane crossing behind us - be careful. Sat Nav didn't recognise street name & post code given -took us to entirely different location Didnt receive any instructions of exact location amongst many blocks of flats none of which were named Moda Wigan 2 - spent over an hour driving round in circles - asked many people in area none of which recognised MODA Wigan 2 so Tried to contact Moda on phone but no reply. They eventually returned my call & sent proper directions, however entry was through back Patio Doors none of which were numbered - then sent me photographs of the flats with an arrow pointing to the apartment - still difficult to find as Patio Doors Not Numbered - & key safe attached was difficult to open - They blamed Booking.Com for not sending these details. Location right next to Main Reception Entrance Door (Unmanned Coded entry not provided) so people walk right past & very close to your Patio Door entrance & the 2 bedroom windows day & night & your outside light at the Patio Door entrance Does not work. No allocated parking spaces, despite spaces right outside your Patio Door - so you could end up parking at other side of Car Park ! The Beds were small Doubles - very low & mattresses very thin poor quality - pillows very poor quality - came Home with Back & Neck pains. 2nd Bedroom very small & cannot fit a wardrobe in, so no where to hang clothes as Wardrobe in Bed 1 was very small. Only one small Dated 3 seater Sofa in front of TV area & next to Patio Door entrance/exit Fridge on small side No face to face on arrival or departure Dining Table chairs very light & fall over easily - be careful

Location was perfect for The Edge arena and great to have two double bedrooms.

Beds are far too hard. I had acute back problems for several days after staying there for 2 nights

Rough area. Police breaking up fights on 2 separate days. Pillows were awful, foam mattress definitely not good if you have back problems or carry a few extra pounds in weight. Ideal for children. Dining chairs could do with being tightened up, quite wobbly.

Everything. Second time here and will return again. Perfect for my needs

Other people in the complex arguing, smashing bottles. Untidiness of the communal waste areas. Our property was perfect, but the care afforded by others leaves a lot to be desired.

Extremely quiet, despite there being a rugby match on with 20000 people not too far away! Couldnt hear any of the neighbours. Great wifi. Good tv. Very clean.

Only 1 key, had to co-ordinate who went out when and someone had to stay up to let other family members in. Wouldve liked a portable fan as got quite warm. An extra sofa/comfy chair in lounge wouldve been good. 1 sofa was too small for 4 adults at same time!
