The apartment was ideal for a concert we were attending at Bolton University stadium. It was modern and clean with everything we needed. Lovely canal walk just behind the apartment block. Was perfect for a 2 night stay. Would definitely use again, if in tbe area,providing the fire alarm is sorted out.

Being on the ground floor, you could hear voices outside, but nothing major. The main issue was the fire alarm. We were woken at 8.35 on our first morning,panicking rushed outside. There were only a few people outside, but everything was calm. Chatting to a neighbour, he stated it's a regular thing, a new system that is over sensitive and expect plenty more. It happened at 11 30pm same day ( 3 fire engines present) and 1.30am. Yet again, the following morning, 8.34. I realise this is possibly no fault of the apartments owner as it is in a large building. But I have emailed our concerns with no reply. It is a major concern as no-one left the building the following morning. Also, the fact of the fire brigade resources.
