Tutto molto curato, pulito e supercarino, non manca niente . Il proprietario e la figlia molto gentili, disponibili e subito pronti per ogni esigenza. A due passi dal centro e parcheggi auto vicinissimi all'appartamento. Se torneremo a Martina Franca saremo dinuovo vostri ospiti. ☺️

The apartment is new, modern, clean, spacious, equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The owner left us water, wine, juices and sweets. As for parking, we mostly found a free parking space nearby.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due giorni in questo appartamento a Martina Franca e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La casa è accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. La posizione è ottima e permette di godersi appieno la zona. Un valore aggiunto è sicuramente il proprietario: estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità. È stata un’esperienza molto piacevole e consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque voglia visitare Martina Franca e dintorni.

We had a great stay at Alfio's place. He was a fantastic host, meeting us on arrival, showing us the place, and being super communicative throughout our stay. So nice of him to offer a welcome drink and light breakfast items for the first day, which really helped. The place is perfect as a totally new, modern and comfortable place to rest and sleep when spending the days and evenings enjoying Martina Franca's old town (3 min walk away!) and the surrounding countryside and towns. Parking always easy to find near the unit (and sometimes right in front).

Nothing - all was great. In the future, a curtain that can be drawn across the frosted front window in the evenings/at night woudl be a great improvement.

I would highly recommend this apartment for the following reasons: available parking, location in the heart of the city, very clean, very affordable, host Alfio was available for us and gave us recommendation from local point of view. The apartment is equipped with all that you might need even more ( complementary bottle of prosecco and bottle of water). Host Alfio waited for us and gave us some tips and tricks for this part of Italy.

Great location minutes away from the Vialle Europa bus station and a short walk into the Centro Storico. Comfortable modern apartment with kitchen, capsule coffee machine, washing machine, and heated towel rack. Alfio is very accommodating, makes check in easy, and offers helpful info regarding local restaurants.
