Nothing keep away from that place

By far the worst experience using booking.com. Let me start from the beginning. On our way to Kutaisi airport, we decided to look for accommodation so we wouldn't spend the night at the airport. Since it was a spontaneous decision, stemming from tiredness and the late hour, we decided to call first to make sure we could make a reservation. It was 11:30 PM, and the navigation system showed us an arrival time of 1:00 AM. The owner answered and said, "No problem, rooms are waiting for us." Once we got there, we called him repeatedly, but he didn't answer. But since "rooms are waiting for us," we entered the property, which was open. Unfortunately, no one was there, but two rooms had keys in the doors. It was a strange experience, but okay, it's late, we understand. We went to bed. In the morning, half of our group went to the market in Kutaisi, and two of the girls wanted to sleep in a little longer. We also left them the agreed-upon amount for the entire group in cash. Moments later, the owner barged into their room and took their personal belongings from the table, including their passports! The girls were terrified and guy started shouting that these weren't the right rooms and that they had to pay an additional 15 gel. They asked him to give them their passports back, and what was he doing? Terrified, they decided to pay him the 15 gel, but at that moment, he changed his mind and said it would be 50 gel! He locked them in the room, used force, and pushed them! The girls called the police. This all happened three hours before our flight departed. They managed to retrieve their passports and escape the place, leaving behind the entire group's overnight money for stay and an additional 15 gel. Then he reported to booking.com that we had broken the property's rules, which is a complete lie. And about room.....

Poměr cena/výkon je nepřekonatelný. Lokalita poblíž stanice maršrutek je příhodná.

Ve výbavě společné kuchyně chyběla vývrtka.

W opisie i na foto był inny pokój niż dostałam. Pokój z klimatyzacją ale za nią dodatkowo trzeba zapłacić. Ogółem warunki odpowiednie do ceny.
