"Owners not very helpful when had an issue - wouldn’t recommend"

Couldn’t gain access to property as front door broke, Mold in bathroom, un finished DIY, dirty bedsheets and mattress, dirty cups/glasses in cupboard, broken glass on carpet, WiFi doesn’t work, very loud in the evenings - wouldn’t say it’s fit for use.

"Very decent."

Loved the location, and large TV.

Received a key from a Newsagents for the property. The key did not work. Wasted 1 and a half hours on the phone speaking to 3/4 different staff members. Finally got the spare key after being on hold for half an hour.

"SHOULD HAVE STAYED AT A IBIS OR PREMIER INN"

Only the location

Don't know where to start, When booking the apartment it all looked very nice from the photos but in reality the photos are very old. On arrival there was a maintenance guy fixing something in the building entrance so I went straight in without using the key to the front door (which I found out later that it didnt work but luckily I found the spare keys in the apartment). when I got to the apartment the door looked like it had been kicked in a few times and in a bad state (see photos), it took me a while to get in due to the lock being damaged. On entry all looked OK but then looking about it was dirty and messy. There was a divided to separate the bed, living area and dining area which is a nice idea but this one was broken with a lot of it broken or missing and the broken parts just discarded on the side (see photos) and then looking about everything was covered in a layer of dust (see photos), in the kitchen area it looks like there had been a leak or something over the hob but it has been very badly patched up and then all the builders / decorators stuff just shoved in a cupboard (again see photos). Again in the kitchen and we started to make a cup of tea and the first few mugs were very dirty and stained ( see photos) Plates, cutlery were as bad and even the glass's still had lipstick all over them so we cleaned them all Bathroom was dirty with black gold all around the shower and lots of grout and cracked tiles and when we came to have a shower it was either scolding hot or freezing cold so we didn't use the shower WIFI was also useless. Had 2 phones and a computer trying to log on to it but couldn't and gave up after a hour or so, could add more but ran out of space No idea who had been maintaining or cleaning the apartment but someone needs to give it a 2nd look over. We defiantly left the place a lot cleaner than we found it!

Excellent location, clean

I paid for early check in but it was confusing when collecting keys in the shop. Not accepting the reference or pin. I Had to call host and stay for new ref. The man at the shop wasn’t very helpful. Lost a lot of time which ment we didn’t actually need early check in .

"Flipped property, noisy location, awful shower"

It looks good from a distance, modern flat

You have to collect the keys from a different location before your stay. We were expecting a company office but it was actually a newsagents, the guy working there was very unhelpful. You have to give the shop worker a code which as we arrived on the second day of our booking was invalid as it only lasts 24hrs, it took three phone calls to the company to get a valid one. The flat itself was difficult to find you’re on the top floor. The flat is very very obviously a flipped property with the finishing touches done very badly. The shower is an awful electric shower that either boils the water entirely or shuts off so the water turns completely cold. No outlets near the bed. The dangling partitions were really annoying and should be removed. There was lots of smelly rubbish in the hallways and staircase. The location is right between all of the bars so the noise is really bad and goes on till 3am even on a Sunday night. It was clean enough but not spotless. A shame you can’t access the balcony.

"Disappointed and staff very unhelpful"

Location

On arrival at the property we noticed that the bathroom door did not shut and the bathroom lights were not working, we contacted the staff and we were told that this could not be fixed as it was a Sunday , but someone would be out to fix it the next day so we had to shower by the touch on our phones .. we were told if there was absolutely anything we needed to contact them again .. but the one thing we needed they couldn’t do .. nobody came out to fix the lights the next day either , as this was a two night stay this was extremely disappointing and totally inconvenient. All we kept getting back from the staff is that they will look into this promptly. We felt like they were not interested at all. The apartment was also very dusty and did not look like it had been cleaned

The apartment was lovely and couldn't of picked a better location very central

Just the outside noise but was to be expected because of the location
