We had the most amazing stay at the sail House and will definitely be back. The information provided prior and during the trip was exceptional. The apartment was so lovely with the most gorgeous balcony and harbour view. The beds are the comfiest we've all ever experienced. We didn't want to leave! thank you

Just spent a fantastic 3 days at No.1 Sail House with my husband. The bright well equipped apartment had everything we needed and the view from the large balcony onto the sea and pier was probably the best in Newquay as the apartment is just above the beach and very close to all shops restaurants and pubs.If your going to Newquay I would definitely recommend this apartment

Location was perfect. Cleanliness above Clean. Every appliance you need for a comfortable stay. Information left by owner was informative. From local eateries to emergency numbers. Cannot find d anything negative to say about No . 1 Sailhouse.

I didn't like the fact I wasn't stopping longer. If there was just a little negative I could give is that there isn't disabled access. I came down with a genteman who doesn't walk very well. But the stairs were manageable for him
