No.1 Sail House

Location was perfect. Cleanliness above Clean. Every appliance you need for a comfortable stay. Information left by owner was informative. From local eateries to emergency numbers. Cannot find d anything negative to say about No . 1 Sailhouse.

I didn't like the fact I wasn't stopping longer. If there was just a little negative I could give is that there isn't disabled access. I came down with a genteman who doesn't walk very well. But the stairs were manageable for him

Great location, great views and really comfy bed. Fab flat and clean.

Couldnt see the numbers on the key box very well and could do with more loo rolls but we did buy some locally which was ok. Poor weather but thats not the flat's fault.

Perfect location great size

You cannot beat the location. And, unlike so many places, it had a real homely feel. If we go to New Quay again, this is the place we'd choose to stay.
