*Please note, Building amenities are unavailable (including the pool & kiddy pool) and that this property has some after effects caused by the two 2022 back-to-back hurricanes and last Hurricane Milton, that are not shown in the photos and descriptions which were taken prior to the storms. Per Daytona Beach Resort management, ongoing building repair and construction are necessary at times. This property is privately owned and managed by iTrip Daytona. iTrip Daytona does not manage or have any control over the Daytona Beach Resort building or its amenities. However, we are still more than happy to accept bookings if you'd like to stay in our privately owned condo unit!! Please inquire first before booking if a certain amenity is mandatory for your stay or if you have any concerns of ongoing projects as this information is always evolving by building management. Beach access is available next door by the parking garage. There will be no refunds or credits for the aforementioned issues if applicable. -Please note, LIMITED AMENITIES AVAILABLE Open Daily • 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Outdoor Pool • Indoor Pool • South Spa • Fitness Center / Gym • Sauna. -Please note that the indoor pool and south spa are not currently heated. "Not great but did work"

It was a nice size. Enough room. Beach was great.

The balcony was dirty. Didn't like smelling weed. Didn't like not enough towels for a week when no way to wash them. Not equal access to the beach..

"Beach vacation"

I loved the location! Even with some of the elevators out the stairs weren't too bad to walk up.

Wish there was a beach access through the pool area. Have the rest blocked off while it's getting fixed. Just sucked having to walk around the whole building.

The beach was very nice. The dolphins every morning.

The place was a complete wreck. Staff was very rude, because of the iTrip booking. Every pool in the place was closed. We were very disappointed in the place.

The room was excellent. All amenities were as advertised clean and very comfortable. Great location if facility was functional. A vehicle not required with all needs within walking distance

Was not advised the damage caused by hurricane. All three outdoor pools deck and tiki bar were damaged and unusable without being told. No direct access to the beach due the damage l.Also indoor pool were closed not advised. Also not advised parking on sight was not available

"Disappointed"

What breakfast?

No air for 5 days so unit was pushing 80 degrees. 4 inches standing water in kitchen sink that we had to fix ourselves. Only 4 towels and 2 washcloths in a 6 person unit. Only 2 pans and no kitchen knives The list goes on. I am appalled that I paid nearly 2 grand for this unit.
