Lovely little house. Good location, was in walking distance of the city centre. Excellent host, we had a problem with the heating and she phoned me to fix it.

There wasn’t really anything negative to say (apart from the problem with the heating, which was fixed)

Lovely house in a quiet location. Bed was super comfy!! Clean and comfortable home

Only 1 towel each. Ready for a lick of paint but still very presentstble

It was a lovely accommodation in a prime area for everything

The noise of trains planes and neighbours.The up keep of the garden needed to be addressed

Perfect location wise for a weekend in Chester

The house is very tired looking and in desperate need of some TLC. Pulling up to the house area looks really scruffy. Owners need to weed the garden and patio as it was a bit of a state and not very inviting for people. Not well looked after at all, inside or out. Desperately needs decorating. Had a good weekend as proximity to Chester Centre is great. Felt like we had paid far too much considering. Worst place ever stayed in to be honest, would not return because of the neglect. Such a shame as a lot could be done to make it more inviting.

Comfy bed /Comfy sofa /car parking /secure garden for the dog . Good kitchen facilities there was a microwave there, as some reviews do say there isn't . & a 10 min walk into town . Plus, if you have a dog with you, there's a park behind the house .

The only thing we found was the shower. The water was red hot & you couldn't adjust the temperature it went from hot to hotter needs to be look at . & a bit of TLC in the garden . But nothing to spoil our break .
