Cosy Chester Casa - free parking

The place was spacious and had a garden which was perfect for us with our dog. It was so peaceful and there was a small park really close. Had a lovely time.

Although the place was really clean, it's looking a bit tired in place and could do with redecorate. The garden could also do with a tidy up, the grass was cut but there were lots of weeds and dry leaves.

Bath very slippery if using the shower. Anti slip mat required. Upgrade to towels necessary.

Location 15 mon walk to town centre. Parking very good just outside the back garden Gate. Dog friendly with nice small garden. Host triedher best to address our problem with the T V and was eager to help with any problems.

Patio and furniture needed a bit of a clean. General waste bin not been put out for a while. Full and further black bag on top. Our general waste had to be left in kitchen bin as no room. In outside bin.No terrestrial television. Host helped us use I player to view some live T V. She also ordered a kit which came the next day to connect us to terrestrial. Unfortunately we weren't able to reach back of T V so were unable to connect it

Very well positioned in relation to centre of town. Fabulous that it was dog friendly with a little park nearby for them to run around. Really helpful that there was safe parking. Nice little touch that happy Easter signs were displayed.

Nothing really - maybe a bit of repaint and attention to the shower - we were conscious that the water landed on the floor no matter what we did to try and control the shower.

Great location for walking into the centre of Chester, so we were able to leave the car parked up at the property for the whole of our visit. Vehicle access and parking were clearly tricky in the centre otherwise. The property had everything (and more than) we needed with comfy chairs and bed and plenty of space for us. Nearby Morrisons mini-mart was handy for picking up milk etc on arrival and we found the park at the back and beyond that the path (old railway?) very handy for exercizing our dog each evening.

There was nothing really problematic so these were minor nuisances only: The wheelie bin in the back garden was overloaded with black bags but perhaps we just stayed when they were not being collected. We'd have liked another mug for drinks as 4 mugs would have been easier than 3 (less frequent washing up) and a couple of glass tumblers would have been handy for squash/water - although there were loads more wine glasses than we needed.

Perfect. Great location and a great little house with everything we needed. Not far from the centre it is walkable but we just used ubers which were cheap enough. would highly recommend. really comfy bed, nice quiet area.

the only thing i can say is the sofa was not very comfy but we spent minimal time on it so did not really effect our stay
