View, location, relaxed atmosphere

Good location for seeing most of the island. Nice view of beach Easy assessability . I like the equipment they provided for a day at the beach

Not enough toilet paper

Studio in a very conveniently located complex with ocean view just steps from the sea. It neighbours a marketplace so you can get coffee, snacks or restaurant food or drinks at Lava in a few steps, supermarket very close. Nice territory by the ocean with walking/bike trail passing along. We even saw monk seal at neighbouring hotel. Area is also convenient for visiting other parts of the island. Very attentive owners. Overall perfect base for Kauai where you can feel the different, much more relaxed, vibe of the island

Kitchen is small and basic, but we managed to cook anyway, which is what we needed:) we didn't use complex's BBQ but it's available and popular, you can also dine on picnic tables in BBQ/pool area which worked well for larger companies as all apartments in the complex are small

The location is great, with a view of the beach, pool and hot tub. It is on the 2nd floor. Very central location which made it easy to get to both the North and South sides of the island. Very nice beach just a few steps from the room. We never had any issue get a lounge chair on the beach to enjoy the sunrise, or to relax after we returned from our day exploring the island. AC Worked great, and there is a ceiling fan. Kitchen contains a small microwave, 1 under counter fridge with a freezer, and a taller fridge and freezer. There is a coffee maker (kind of old, but worked & bring your own if you need it). Everything in the unit worked as expected. Parking was easy and free and we never had an issue getting a parking spot.l

It would have been nice to have a small toaster oven available, but we made it work! And this is my personal preference, but I would prefer to have a smart lock with a code instead of having to use keys.

Apartment in well kept resort. Lovely outlook from balcony across the gardens and pool to the beach. Very well equipped. Comfortable bed and good pillows. Peaceful setting.

Very comfortable stay, great location for exploring Kaui

Absolutely fantastic, and that’s an understatement. For my first time solo traveling, this made it very comfortable, very convenient to the airport and the shopping outlet nearby for food etc, and the amazing beach/coastal views.

The flat has basically everything you need and for two guest it would be perfect. The location is great as you can travel all around the island from here. Furthermore, the resort is nice and with lots of places around to eat or shop. The flat is also well equipped with kitchen ware, even though proper cooking is not really possible with only one hot plate.

For 4 person it is a little small, however, as a family with two kids (11 and 9) it is still ok, for bigger kids it might miss some privacy. A proper cocking/ kitchen knife was missing, but that is a minor issue.

The flat is well located. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. We often went to market place to eat and watch hula dance.

This review refers to apartment 244. It is located within a larger complex. There is a lot of greenery and trees, so you hardly notice it. We usually prefer remote places, but for a trip to Kauai this is a very good option. The beach is less than 100 m away, and you have a partial view of the ocean from the balcony. The apartment is excellently equipped, nothing is missing, there are even swimming boards. There is a small shopping center and the Lava beach bar is highly recommended. The location for excursions is also good, about 10 km (6 miles) north of the airport. By car you can quickly get to the beaches in the north or the canyons in the west. The rent is high by European standards, but OK considering the price level on Kauai. Everything was perfectly organized, we had a lovely time there.
