Cleanliness: Room was clean with nice and comfortable bed. Kitchen tools are nice. Ocean View: Fantastic Noise: Close to Swimming Pool, but no much noise Host: The owners contacted through emails and gave very useful information for where to go, eat, etc. Location: Easy to walk around without car Restaurant: Many options around Safety: Very safe to walk and go to Coconut Marketplace Fun Event: Farmers' Markets in the area and Free Hula Show and Live Music in Coconut Marketplace Beach: Very beautiful with Sunrise

Quite relaxed sea view, exceptional garden setting

Everything. Close to the beach in walking distance, very clean and cozy. Lovely patio with the Seaview. The room had 2 fridges and beach equipment. Good communication with the owner.

Nothing.

It is a very nice property with all the basic things that you would need during your stay. The property looks over the pool and the ocean. It is very quiet during the night. You can enjoy a glass on the balcony. It is very close to Coconut Marketplace where you can find different shops and restaurants. You would need a car for Kapaa town centre. The best restaurant in the area is Lava Lava Beach Club.

It is a shame that I had to give a low score for this property, but we had no aircon during our 8-day stay. It was extremely hot during the night. The property owners didn't believe us when we said that the air is not working and they kind of blamed us for not setting the air properly which was not the case. The air should have been set before our arrival. We paid for a property with aircon and unfortunately, this service was not offered. We felt that the owners were very hesitant to solve this massive issue as the aircon unit was new and they never thought that it can already have an issue.

Check in was extremely easy! The owners took time prior to our arrival to give us very detailed information on the check in process and it was so easy after a long day of travel. The unit was exactly as was described and the view was even better than we expected. The owners were very informative throughout the stay and were very easy to contact and responded to all of our concerns very timely. I cannot say enough about these owners and their unit! Our stay was so nice. Even though it was a little tight with our family of 4 (2 adult children), the loveliness of the unit, the complex and ease of this rental and owners made it perfection! I would recommend this unit wholeheartedly and would love to rent from these wonderful owners again when in Kauai! Thank you for a wonderful stay Don and Christina! May God always bless you.

The scenery was beautiful , the stores, shops and restaurants were all in walking distance. Also the property is on the beach.

No elevators. We had to tow our luggage up the stairs. No coffee provided.
