Nothing much except the location convenience.

The operator is not helpful. Property was not properly managed by the operator as the property management fees owed by the actual property owner has an outstanding causing unecessary delay during check in process including water supply cut off. The operator late response to every query during check in process also considered very very poor. Further dealing related to refunding of deposit was also a nightmare for me as i only received the refund 1 week despite their policy stated that the refund will take 2-3 days after check out.

1. Comfortable, with complete facilities. 2. Beautiful view from the balcony, facing the entrance. 3. Extra pillows and an iron provided — it’s rare to find a homestay with these facilities. Excellent ✅ 4. Fully equipped facilities, including WiFi, smart TV, washing machine, and heater.

Suggestions for improvement: 1. The sofa should be renewed, if possible, because previously it seemed a bit unsafe to use. 2. The dining table and chairs are rather high, so last time we just ate on the floor, which was not really a problem. However, if they could be replaced with a table and chairs at a normal height, that would be great ✅

Refund of my deposit is late, not receive yet until now. Also the room facilities is not maintain properly. Got smell from tha bathroom and mattress is very hard.
