COLa peor experiencia gracias a que tenían disponibilidad de habitaciones hice mi reserva la pagué por adelantado y envié un mensaje notificándoles que llegaría a las 3 am por que mi vuelo llegaba sobre las 2 AM y la sorpresa que me llevé es que conduje 35 minutos para que no tuvieran habitaciones disponibles y nadie me atendiera en recepción ni me solucionaran la verdad por la hora ni se podía reservar un nuevo alojamiento y debimos pasar la noche en el carro!
USBooking steals money! This is the third time I’ve booked a hotel, only to arrive and find there are no vacancies. I called the hotline, and the operator said they would send a cancellation email to the hotel and that I would get a refund. But no one is going to refund anything—just like last time. I’ve deleted the app, and I’m going to tell everyone that Booking steals your money and creates headaches when you’re trying to find a place to stay for the night.
booking ворует деньги! вот уже третий раз я бронирую отель , приезжаю, а свободных мест нет. я позвонил на горячую линию , оператор сказал, что отправит имеил для отмены в гостиницу и вернут деньги. никто ничего не вернет, как и в прошлый раз. удали приложение и всем буду рассказывать что booking ворует ваши деньги и добавляет проблем с жильём на ночь.
