COEl chico en la recepción fue amable.
Cuando llegamos, me asignaron una habitación con una sola cama, cuando habíamos reservado una de dos camas dobles para 3 personas. Fui a la recepción a verificar y me dijeron que mi reserva aparecía cancelada por overbooking. En booking seguía apareciendo confirmada, así que me puse en contacto con servicio al cliente y me hicieron un reembolso para que hiciera una reserva en otro sitio a través de otra plataforma y ellos me regresaban la diferencia de precio. Todo este proceso se demoró unas tres horas. La recepción era muy sucia y olía mal.
CORecibimos un buen trato de los empleados y nos solucionaron varios problemas.
Las instalaciones están en mal estado. La primera noche sentimos presencia de ratones y en diferentes momentos notamos la presencia de cucarachas. Los tendidos de cama se notaban en mal estado. Las paredes muy sucias y la cortina en mal estado.
