USTried contacting the host multiple times thru booking.com as well as through Booking.com customer service. No response. Finally received a text stating there was a plumbing problem and they had to cancel my reservation. No proactive communication whatsoever.

USValue for having two bedrooms, dishwasher came with pods, plenty of kitchen space and friendly cleaning guy.
When we arrived there were live bugs in the fridge and only 1.5 rolls of TP when we are a family of five staying for eight nights, which was annoying but they corrected the TP. The bugs we wiped out and they didn’t return, but still made me nervous to use the fridge. Everything else was clean and the beds were comfortable. During our stay we had guests in the unit next to us that brought three destructive, loud dogs who kept us up all night and wreaked havoc on their unit. Every time we walked by to get to our car, their dogs growled and barked so viciously and broke the wooden blinds in the unit. Honestly made me nervous to bring my children outside at all. The people with the dogs were loud, and arguing half the nights they were there and honestly, ruined our stay.
