Het appartement ligt in het midden van de stad. Het is prachtig en met zorg en smaak ingericht;. Ons appartement (3.2), was het bovenste appartement en lag aan de achterzijde van het complex; daardoor was het er erg stil. Verder is het ook praktisch ingericht: met een loft (je slaapt boven en douche, toilet en keuken zijn beneden). De communicatie met de verhuurder (John) verliep erg soepel en plezierig. Het was heel erg fijn om er te zijn.

Het bed is wat kort en smal voor de gemiddelde noord-west Europeaan. Verder eigenlijk niets.

Beautiful apartment in a historic building moments from Clerigos Tower. Even better than the photos! Walking distance to everywhere in Porto. We were in a 3rd floor duplex apartment overlooking a main street with 3 doors opening on to a juliet-style balcony- it felt spacious and airy. It was hot while we were in Porto and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep the room a nice temperature. Complimentary toiletries provided in the bathroom were very welcome. Great communication from Joao and the team at Clerigos 46 from booking, including restaurant recommendations and help with baggage storage after check out. Travelled with husband and daughter. We felt it was great value for money and would definitely stay again if in Porto.

Location was very good, with lots of local restaurants and bars and easy access to the main sights. The apartment was spacious with very good views down into the street. It was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable

The roof beams in the sleeping area are quite low on one side and it was easy to bump your head. Quite noisy at the moment with all the construction work for the new Metro line but that is temporary.

-Excellent location -Super central but my room was silent when going to sleep, it was perfect! -One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in -Perfect set up for my working trip -Check in was super simple and the contact who messaged me instructions was super friendly

-View from the room wasn’t great - lots of construction -Not an issue though as I was working inside remotely, but something to consider for those wanting a nice view!

Fantastic central location, easy automated access, the apartment was clean and comfortable with good facilities. Despite the central location it was very quiet.

Maybe could have been a bit more generous on consumables? Only three coffee pods for two people for a three night stay didn’t feel very hospitable! Very minor point though, everything was great

Great central location. Very kind and highly responsive hosts (Joao was our guy :) ) who were willing to do everything to make us comfortable. It’s a beautiful, very clean apartment in a fascinating old building with an elevator. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we had everything we needed to cook for our baby. The beds were comfortable.

In general, we liked everything and would come back. There are only two things I would like to mention. The first is the noise from the water pump whenever the water was turned on. This was an issue for us because our baby would often wake up because of it. The second was the lack of a baby mattress for the cot, so we had to improvise with towels. However, the hosts compensated us adequately and did what they could on short notice. Thank you, Joao!
