His responsiveness was exceptional, and he went above and beyond to solve a parking issue for me quickly and effortlessly. The property itself was beautiful—great location, spacious, and very well equipped—but what truly stood out was João’s level of care and attention. Rare to find service this genuine and proactive.

The property was phenomenal. I will totally book it again.

O Apartamento é perfeito. Muito bonito por dentro, cama boa, tudo novo, uma cozinha com tudo e tamanho ideal para até 2 casais (tem um quarto com cama de casal e uma sala separada com televisão, mesa de almoço e um sofa cama de casal). Localização também muito boa. E apesar de estar numa rua bem movimentada ao fechar as janelas não teve barulho para incomodar.

O preço poderia ser mais baixo.

Location, it was clean, it has everything you need, the code for doors worked fine, there's a shop in the vicinity

Balcony was useless due to construction works on neighbouring house.

This is a very comfortable and clean apartment in a great location. It has a comfortable bed and pretty windows for natural light. The bathroom is exceptionally large and nice. We also appreciated the modern elevator.

Toplocatie in het centrum van Porto. Het is een mooi, recent gerenoveerd appartement in een oud gebouw. Maar de hygiëne laat te wensen over.

Eigenlijk viel dit appartement, tot onze verbazing (zeker gezien de positieve reviews), behoorlijk tegen. De hygiëne liet te wensen over: zo lagen er bijvoorbeeld vuile handdoeken in de badkamer. Nadat we dit hadden gemeld, kregen we wel veel excuses, maar nauwelijks actie van de eigenaar. We vroegen ook of we onze bagage ergens konden achterlaten tussen check‑out en ons vertrek naar het station. De eigenaar zei dat hij dit voor ons zou regelen, maar daarna hebben we niets meer van hem gehoord. De communicatie was dus erg pover, met meerdere loze beloftes. Hou er daarnaast rekening mee dat dit een oud gebouw is zonder geluidsisolatie: je hoort werkelijk alles van de bovenburen.
