De locatie was perfect! Midden in het centrum. Maar in het appartement hoorde je hier niks van. Ruim appartement, fijne badkamer met goede douch. Whatsapp communicatie verliep prettig.

Geen schoonmaak tussendoor. Het bed is een beetje smal maar lag heel lekker.

Excellent location. You can easily walk to most locations in the old city and along the river. Good shops and cafes outside the property. Ben Sao Train Station and colocated metro about 200m. Owner happy to respond to any questions. When we left a ring behind he went to considerable effort to get it to us (in Lisbon at this stage) before we flew out. Thanks João.

De ligging, de sfeer in het appartement en de communicatie met John.

Ons appartement had geen terras terwijl dit in de beschrijving op Booking wel vermeld was.

Great location, so close to everything. The sitting room is nicely decorated, the bathroom is well appointed and everything is freshly painted with nice design. Very pretty as you walk in. The kitchenette had everything you needed, a coffeemaker and a stovetop to cook your eggs. Big period windows added historic charm.

The sleep was a disaster. We were unlucky to get the room 1.1 on the first floor. The bedroom has no soundproofing whatsoever. The music from the shop downstairs comes in easily and when anyone goes up or down the old wooden rickety stairs, you feel it right in your ears like a horde or elephants. Having woken up at 4am on the day of arrival, we wanted to have some rest but it was impossible. The room itself is tiny with no window and gets stuffy at night. Not good for two people so I had to move to the sofa bed to sleep - which was ok but not great for my back. The shutters in the sitting room let the street light through and the fire escape light went on at 11pm when I turned on the a/c! It was bright as day but the staff said it was impossible to turn it off. I was about to cry when it went off finally but couldn’t use aircon because of fear it would trigger it again. Also, this room doesn’t have a terrace as advertised, however, this was not an issue. Avoid this room if you can. Otherwise, very nice and comfortable place to stay.

Exzellenter Service und Top-Gastgeber! Mitten in der Stadt, aber ruhig. Pro-aktive Kommunikation. Wünsche werden erfüllt (ein Portwein als Welcome)! Weiterempfehlung!

Reserviertes gebuchten Apartments (Bilder) stimmt nicht mit dem zur Verfügung gestellten Apartment überein. Laute Klimaanlage auf Terrasse zum Innenhof (Ausblick suboptimal). Kein Tee im Angebot.

Stijlvol ingericht appartement, mooie ruime trappenhal met veel klassieke details, ruim, schoon, uitstekende locatie. Toegang met cijfercode werkt praktisch en de communicatie met de vriendelijke eigenaar ook.

Een beetje gehorig door de nabij gelegen metro.

Tutto! John ed il resto dello staff sono incredibilmente gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno coccolati dall' inizio alla fine. La camera è ampia, bellissima e curata. La posizione è ottima perché tutti i punti d'interesse si trovano in centro e quelli più distanti si trovano al massimo a 2 km di distanza. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi. La struttura è keyless che, per una sbadata come me, è perfetto! La combinazione perfetta che tutti ricerchiamo quando si viaggia. Grazie
