I was very impressed with the apartment - it exceeded our expectations. As soon as we walked into the property we could smell how clean it was and immediately we were impressed. The apartment was spotless , very clean and tidy (almost looking like a show room). The apartment had glasses and cutlery/plates which was useful and we were very impressed that there were shower toiletries and towels left for us.( there was even a hair dryer). The apartment is decorated beautifully and the bedrooms were very very comfortable. Absolutely WILL be staying on our trip next time. very impressed.

The apartment is modern and new, pretty clean. The bedsheets and towels were very clean. Beds are really comfortable. River view. Coffee maker, toaster, kettle were available which is good. The gentleman who helped us to check in tried to do his best. He brought us whatever we asked for and was very kind and friendly.The location is central but the nearest public transport stop is somewhat 20 mins away and it was easier to walk to the city center than to the tram stop. Not a big prob though. The supermarket is very close and is open till late hours.

It is unacceptable to inform your guests that they are not going to stay in the apartment they booked upon arrival without any explanation. We were simply sent a new address when we were already on the way to the flat. Then the host said that they had moved out of the apartment a week before. As a result we booked a flat with a garden view, sauna and a gym and had none of them. One day there was not hot water, next day it was running. No idea what the reason was. Heating in the living room wasn't working starting from the second day of our staying and was never fixed. The other rooms were warm though. We had to ask for knives, as there were none in the kitchen. It would be great to have a bit more kitchen utensils like a chopping board, wine opener etc. In the cupboard we found unwashed spoons and mugs which were next to the clean ones. Leftovers of food in the oven.

New apartment. The only big problem: we had notified the property of our arrival time. Despite this they made us wait 4 hours in the cold outside the door. 4 hours! inconceivable! the refund of a few pounds was worthless! the owners were sorry but never again!

it was very clean, very modern. it had all the right kitchen utensils and the set up was very simple.

A little hard to find and further from Town Than anticipated but only £5 in a taxi

Anyone thinking about staying here should know that you can not access reception doors or lifts without a key fob! Broken intercom and coffee table and manager was pretending not to know!
