Luxury 2 Bed, 2 Bath Apartment

The beds were clean and comfortable. The location was good as it was close to the city centre.

The given air code on the website is incorrect. The Uber dropped us off and we had to walk with a buggy, very small baby and baggage to the apartment. Owner messaged to let us know it was self-check in but when we arrived we entered the lobby where the lifts were and none/ nothing else. Had to wait for 15 minutes after calling the owner to let us in. He arrived and gave us the key. The toilet seat in one bathroom was completely broken off. The toilet seat in the 2nd bathroom was also broken. The basin in the bathroom was blocked and would not drain at all. We have to unblock it ourselves after having to use the kitchen sink instead. There were stains on the 2nd bathroom wall. On checking out the website it is given as 12:00. The owner messaged and asked us to leave at 11:30. I had to again ask what we were to do with the key to the apartment when we left. Definitely not a "luxury apartment" and not worth the price!!!

The address (postcode) online was different from the actual place and we had to walk through an uncomfortable alley. And the host was supposed to meet us at 3. I had to call and his response was far from okay before he sent me a video to go get the key.

Spacious, luxury modern decor,

The property is very well appointed clean and tidy. There were four of us for one night and it was a great base albeit the location is a little remote there are decent amenities within walking distance. Parking is a problem though, don’t risk the yellow lines we got a ticket in the time it took to take our bags up to the apartment. The view over the river is a great extra along with the balcony. Worth staying and we would book again.
