Bathroom was cleaned. 4 bedrooms were enough for what we needed. Towels provided.

House has been neglected - Broken window blinds, Broken floor tiles, wall paper peeling off from all rooms. The house the is very different then what’s shown in the pictures. Then supplies weren’t enough - we booked for 5 people and 13 days… 4 rolls of toilet paper left and a few sheets left on 1 paper towel. I asked for more, and the house owner said we had enough and wasn’t able to deliver more. 2 microwaves weren’t working. Heating system heats the upstairs while downstairs is cold. A lot of litter outside around the house, backyard has a lot of trash thrown around, and Broken parts around the house. Really looks like no one cares for this house and just want to make money without committing anything. Oh, and the last couple of days we had a visit of 2 small rats in the house. I paid a fairly high price for the season, and no real value for my stay.

The house is good like the pictures some of it , we did have a problem with the wifi but they fixed it right away , beds were comfortable. Dislikes ? For some creepy reason you guys don’t tell that people lived downstairs so the first night they were outside in the car looking the house so we obviously didn’t know that people were living there we going outside to asked them if it was any problem and they put the middle finger on us , mad disrespectful and the last night they did the same pull over in front of the house and keep looking in our direction, that’s really creepy. The blinds are all them broke in the same part I didn’t feel safe to even changed on my room , honestly you guys need to fix a lo of things in that house SPECIALLY the tenants situation is just weird that is no mentions about it

None of the doors closed properly so getting privacy was a little bit difficult and managing the thermostat on the upper floors was a bit of a hassle. Also the blinds being a little messed up, actually made it difficult for the member of our group staying on the couch bed to sleep at all. We also ended up having to bring our own toilet paper, but we saw from the reviews that that may have been a thing we had to expect so at least we accounted for it.

Door had a code. The property was great with communication and got us all that we needed to check in without difficulty. The property was clean and had a good area to meet and talk with our group when we gathered. This was my first "Airbnb" style vacation stay. Overall I was happy with the stay and thought it a great value for the price!!! There is 1 queen size bed and 3 full beds upstairs and a fold down couch on the first floor(not comfortable to sleep on). The pillows were great. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs. The coffee maker can make single cup or 12 cups (not a kuerig style). Showers were great and had plenty of hot water even with 6 showering. The bedding was cozy and kept us warm. Has washer/dryer which we used. Seemed like a decent area and there was an alarm system. Close to great pizza-Pizza Movers. Close to Metro about 25 min walk and then 8 stops to Metro Center in DC. Overall, we were grateful for cleanliness, the space, the great communications with mgmt, easy entry, coffee pot, kitchen dishes, the little extras around the house and easy access to DC.

There was an alarm system that we could not figure out and it beeped the whole time we were there. The bedrooms needed mirrors with 6 staying. Bathrooms and master bedroom only had mirrors. No electric outlets in bathroom upstairs so to do hair you had to go to bedroom and it had no mirror. Full disclosure: we were there during the "Artic Blast" across the area. All the floors are wood so it was a little drafty. The curtains are sheer and needed to be thicker to block cold from windows. The blinds were broken. Little things needed fixed like door stops, door chain, and screw fell out of bed frame. (not game changers) The beds were not the most comfortable. Towels were a little scratchy. (needs softner?) Most of this I am hoping that the mgmt will make adjustments and all is excellent.

It was exactly as in the photos. It was CLEAN!
