"Overall it was nice bec of the staff"

The staff were all nice and very attentive.

The property is really old a few upgrades would help like the shower takes a while to warm up; same with the sink not draining the water fast enough

Close to Lipa SM, great location and good breakfast. Everything ok considering the options, probably best or second best hotel in area.

"If not for its location near SM and the staff I would rate it lower."

The location is great, it's an overpass away from SM. The staff are also very attentive and fast. Aside from the pool, there's a billiards table, something to be busy with.

Coackroach in the toilet, some broken and moldy tiles in the toilet, there was a certain smell in the room which made me get an air freshner.
