good breakfast , top location opposite the SM Shopping Centre . Great staff managed by Jimmy were always respectful to the guests .. it was a pleasure staying at Amalfi718 .

"Basic room, bring everything you need."

Friendly staff, great location. Near the small and other establishment.

Steep stairs, facilities. No WiFi during our stay. Not their fault but they should have a backup plan. Everything has service fee. No conditioner, only shampoo. You need to buy if you need one. Even if the room is available, early check-in charge is 250 pesos per hour. They have cold water on the fridge but when we requested for a normal water, they provided it but with service charge. Only 2 flat pillows, no coffee on standard room. They should have an option whether guests would like coffee or juice as a welcome drink as it was raining when we arrived and we prefer coffee than juice.

The location is just across from SM Lipa. The food is good, and the staff are approachable. Value for money
