"Friendly local place, covenient room with kitchenette"

Very friendly and commutative staff Simple room but has everything you want, mini kitchenette included and a desk to work Quiet soi, right in Oldtown

Everything was good. (Maybe a few more clothing-hangers could be handy) There is no outside area, but lots around in the neighborhood.

The check-in process is really inconvenient. You arrive at the hotel and there's no reception, so you have to go to another company hotel to check in and then return to the hotel... and you only find out about all this if you're lucky.

Good location in the old city. Great to have a full studio, with small kitchen Washing machine available downstairs for 20 baths Provide toilet paper and water bottle every 2 days at your door.

The dog's neighbour ( just below the window) was barking a lot during the night.
