There were bugs on the floor, when we asked, they told that they user repellent to kill insects but they should clean it afterward, beds were clean though

"Amazing - but neighbouring building work was off putting."

Amazing little private room with basic cooking facilities and hot water shower and AC. Super comfy beds. Good location, parking for a scooter. Great staff. Just insane amounts of building work going on which was really loud, so you couldn't think!

"Superb"

This was a great stay. Very clean, nice hosts. The location is perfect, right in the center of Chiang Mai, 15 min by taxi to Airport and train station. I would recommend a street food place nearby: Cowboy Hat Lady - their stewed pork is great!

Breakfast wasn’t to our liking, but it also cost just 50 baht.

"Excellent budget accommodation in old city"

Really nice sheets, small but well equipped room with TV, air-conditioning, iron and hair-dryer.Bathroom dries super quickly. Washing machine available downstairs for B20, and place to hang clothes. Good location in old city close to night food market and Green Tiger vegan restaurant.
