The location is great!

None，but you really need to figure out how to open the door,the lock is kind of tricky.

Good Shower. comfortable beds and most items required were supplied. A very comfortable apartment within easy reach of the Metro and bus routes and fairly quiet at night.

There was a washing machine but only 1 detergent pod, I didn't expect a whole box but a spare would have been good. The kitchen items need topping up - no teaspoons and only 1 wine glass. There was no mention that the lift needed to be activated by a key until I messaged to say that it wasn't working after having to climb 6 flights of stairs with heavy shopping.

Loved the neighborhood, bed comfortable and having just come off a cruise the washing machine was so convenient. Two nearby metro stops but walked almost everywhere. The French balconies really opened up the rooms.

Only 2 towels provided, and glasses etc for 2. Constantly washing out the dishes.

Great location, good size apartment- ideal for a short city break.

It can get quite noisy at night

We were met a little earlier so we could drop off our bags which was great. Apartment is lovely and as advertised, good location as Madrid is very walkable. Bed slightly hard but still slept as we were so tired from walking!! Quiet neighbourhood

There was no hair dryer even though listed on facilities which was quite disappointing for a 4 day stay! Towels are not changed / fresh dropped off which would be a huge bonus as we didn’t have time to do laundry

Great location, close to the metro station and the most important attractions. The apartment was very clean, quiet and pleasant. We will definitely use again in the future :)

The property is so stylish and yet comfortable. It has a well equipped kitchen and even a washing machine. The bathroom has a large powerful shower and is spotlessly clean. Loads of storage in the bedroom. The location is great too. Lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep yet because the apartment is down a side street we found it to be quiet. The property is on the third floor but there is a lift. We found the Minty Stay staff to be very helpful. They allowed us a free of charge late checkout and let us store our bags in their office on the final day for free too. They were on hand via WhatsApp all the time too. We loved every minute of our stay here, and would be happy to book this again when we come back to Madrid.

There’s nothing not to like! I’d recommend it to anyone.
