Heerlijk appartement in een leuke wijk. Veel tapas restaurants.

Wij verbleven 5 nachten, kregen persoon 1 grote en 1 kleine handdoeken. Wij vroegen om schonen handdoeken moesten daar 12 euro voor betalen. Dat vonden wij gezien de 5 nachten en de prijs die je betaalt voor het appartement niet kunnen dat je voor schone handdoeken moest betalen.

The apartment was modern and clean. It was well located within walking distance to the metro station and Plaza Major.

For a five night stay, basic supplies were very scarce. There was a coffee machine but no coffee capsules provided. There was a kettle but no tea or sugar available. Also one very small packet of washing powder- barely enough for one wash. There was one very small bar of soap to wash hands with which did not last for the five nights. The bathroom basin tap was loose and the controls on the taps were confusing. This made it difficult to contre the temperature of the water.

Great apartment - so well designed and cosy. We loved the layout with the kitchen at the front and bedroom at the back. Heaps of storage space for our clothes and bags. Kitchen was great so we could cook breakfast and have snacks/drinks. Great communication from the management team - we had an issue with the shower and they were very quick to respond. Excellent location in La Latina - close to tonnes of restaurants, bars and cafes as well as supermarkets. Would love to stay here again for a few days or longer!

We love firm beds - but the bed in the apartment had a huge divot in it from sleeping bodies! We both kept rolling into the middle! Also, I wish apartments provided olive oil and pepper (there was salt, but no other basics).

The apartment was easy to find and in a great location. Communication with the booking company was clear and the staff member was waiting for us when we arrived. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a seven day stay. The local area has some great tapas bars and restaurants. Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to visit them all. The bed was very comfortable as well. The air-conditioning was effective as we experienced some hot days and nights.

Terrific location. Lift very handy. Cute apartment making terrific use of a small space and very comfortable. Staff met at check in and check out very easy. All in all great stay.

The only two pillows were old and flat, which made them very uncomfortable. Communication with staff a little challenging at times and had to ask a number of times.

The BEST location! If you are traveling to Madrid stay in La Latina area! The apartment was right in the heart of La Latina and we loved the area.

Minor things but there are only 2 pillows on the bed - one per person and they are very flat. We asked for more and were told no. Also, one roll of toilet paper for a 4 day booking is not adequate at all. It would not take much effort to add 2 more good pillows and a few rolls of toilet paper. A little more of the body wash, shampoo, and laundry tablets would save guests from having to purchase a large amount of each to just use a little bit. The bed was not super comfortable but wasn’t terrible.
