Great location near Cava Baja in a nice, secure apartment building. The wash machine was a plus. It was on a quiet street within walking distance to other Madrid attractions and near the La Latina metro station. Many good restaurants nearby. Close to grocery stores.

Kitchen could have be better equipped. It would have been nice to have more than two pods of coffee for a five-night stay and maybe a roll of paper towels.

Emplacement central. Calme du quartier.

Les oreillers sont très durs. Plus plusieurs fois signalés par des avis et toujours le cas. TV ne fonctionne pas.

Location- quiet but right on threshold lively areas and walking distance major sights. Bright- two beige windows on a corner. Pleasant refuge for breaks during the day. Made meals there several nights.

Only one flat, hard pillow per person and one thin towel per person (although staying six nights). One quilt - no extra sheets or blanket - so no way of adjusting for warmer or filler temperatures at night. We asked about a second pillow and extra towels but were told policy was one per person. We had to go to a department shop to but a pillow in order to have decent nights sleep

Beautiful apartment, just like the photos. Perfectly located for the bars and restaurants of La Latina, yet quiet

Location was fantastic. Short walk to Plaza Mayor… Plenty of storage in the apartment, full fridge freezer and washing machine easy to use. Very very quiet apartment block.

Grafitti on main door and first look at apartment was disappointing. I didn’t think apartment looked as nice as in the pictures but once we settled in and explored the apartment and area we realised what a great place it was.
